Sea Sand Sun Beach Condominium was completely renovated in 2012, both inside and outside. Today it's one of the best condominiums in the area with excellent value for money. There are various apartment types ranging from type Standard (2 persons) up to type Family (6 persons). Most apartments are for sale by VIP Real Estate, the owner of the condominium building, and a couple of apartments are for sale by the current private owner. No matter what, VIP Real Estate will handle all paperwork and registrations, and you will receive a title deed in your own name as the legal owner of the apartment, even as a foreigner. The monthly maintenance payment and options like WiFi Internet are very affordable as well for an apartment owner.
Sea Sand Sun Condominium is located in a quiet corner with sea view from the 5th floor and with a nice and closed pool garden. It's the perfect choice for people who want their own beautiful little place in Thailand without having to invest a lot of money. Prices start at only 850,000 THB (around €22,500 / $24,500).
Go on holiday for free!
You can let VIP Real Estate rent out your apartment when you don't need it yourself, either on a fixed contract with 5-7% return of investment, or as a flexible contract where you get paid when the apartment is rented out. The fixed contract allows you to use your apartment for free for two weeks a year, but not during high seasons around Christmas, New Year and the mid-April Sonkran festival. The flexible contract allows you to use the apartment as much as you want, and then you can make a rental income according to the actual visitors during the free periods. The rental income usually easily covers the plane tickets, so you can literally go on holiday for free!

Three Apartment Types
Apartments are either single or double. A double apartment is two single combined and changed into one big apartment with two balconies. A double apartment can have either one bedroom (type Suite) or two bedrooms (type Family).

Our optional luxury interior furnishing and decoration package has everything you need in order to stay in your apartment and makes it ready to move in. There is furniture, also on the balcony, kitchen with appliances and cookware, curtains, bed sheets, pictures and decorations. It also includes air conditioning, TV and DVD player. And we are especially proud of the furniture. We have designed it ourselves, and we have it handmade in high quality in a selected factory in Indonesia. Buy fully renovated or "as is"
You can buy a fully renovated apartment, or you can buy an original "as-is" apartment and do some renovation yourself according to your needs. The "as-is" apartments are fully functional, but not at all to the same standard as our renovated apartments. You can also let us do the renovation according to your needs and special wishes, and thereby get an apartment that exactly fits your dreams.In the chart you can see various apartments for sale, but please contact us for updated information on currently available apartments of the different types.For buyers, there is an electric meter deposit of 3,500 THB. The maintenance fee is 1,200 THB per month guaranteed for five years. Insurance is 900 THB per year. Optional WiFi Internet is 6,000 THB per year. The deed transfer fee in the District Land Office is around 35,000 Baht.
